This is contained in the body of the constitution.
The federal income tax is authorized by an AMMENDMENT to the Constitution!
The prohibition ammendment was repealed and the income tax ammendment needs to go the same way!
If it ain't part of the Defense Authorization Act it needs to come to a screeching halt!
