Where is your Stock?

The media and Federal Government are repeatedly stating that we, the tax payers, own AIG, Chrysler, and General Motors. If that is the case where are your stock certificates? You need them in order to vote as a stockholder in how the company is organized, managed and operates. Without those certificates you have NO CONTROL at all over what is happening with your tax money.

THe President of the United States, Congress, the Senate, Nor the SUpreme Court have any constitutional authority to oversee the operations of private, publically traded, companies!

Adolph Hitler, Lennin, & Stalin took control of business in their respective countries in the guise of "being in the best interest of the workers" this is the same horse S--- logic that the Federal government is now using! The sad thing is that the Russian and German people were convinced that this was the only way to save their economy so they bought into the lie! We all know the results of that mistake!

Now the Obama-nation-administration wants the power to nullify contracts!

So what you say? Well how about this. If you let the government void contracts then you set a legal precedent. Next your bank can void your mortgage contract and sell your house out from under you if somebody walks in and says "I'll give you double what they are paying because I really like the house and property

Don't forget your car, boat, motorcycle, pick-up, minivan etc are also purchased under a contract. Sooo the bank could conceivably raise your monthly payment any time they want to!
